Monthly Wrap Up for July 2025

This is the second part of my reading over the summer. Hip hip hooray for the end of summer!

Reading Stats for July

This month had some really good books for me.

Books Read in July 2025

The Survivor Wants to Die at the End by Adam Silvera ★★★★★
This was a good addition to the story so far. I wish that the book they kept referring to was real!

Dear Hero by Hope Bolinger ★★★☆☆
This story was told through text messages. It was fascinating that they kept texting different group chats and creating new ones constantly. Cute story.

The New Recruit Vol. 01 by Moscareto ★★★★☆
I love a good manhwa. I'll eat it up every time.

The Infinity Courts by Akemi Bowman ★★★☆☆
Interesting concepts but the internal struggles in Nami got old real quick.

When the Tides Held the Moon by Venessa Kelley ★★★★★
I want to read this again for the first time. Historical, romance, and fantasy all in one. It was informative, sad, and sweet. 6 stars!

Lord Hades's Ruthless Marriage, Vol. 3 by Yuho Ueji ★★★★☆
The last book in the series! The pacing of the ending felt a little odd at times, but it was a good book overall.

All the Stars and Teeth by Adalyn Grace ★★★★☆
Amora was going to rule her kingdom until she couldn't do the one thing she trained her whole life for. She decides to run away to try to fix the broken parts of her kingdom with the person she is engaged to and a pirate with a magic ship. The magic system was cool, and I enjoyed the plot twists in this one.

Deep End by Ali Hazelwood ★★★★☆
I've enjoyed everything I've read from Ali Hazlewood and this one was no different. Lukas was such an understanding person throughout the whole book.

The Friend by Sigrid Nuez ★★★☆☆
I read this for another Goodreads bookmark challenge. These titles that I seek out have been hit and miss. This book was fine but nothing super special for me.

I completed this challenge almost entirely by accident!

I read a lot of really great books this month. I'm hoping to keep this momentum going by reading from my TBR!
